Here’s Our Simple Ingredients: Sweet Mangoes, Sago, Yellow Gulaman, Crema-Asada, Evaporated Milk & Condensed Milk. Feel free, to use your favorite and trusted brands. You can also use a store-bought pre-cooked sago and gulaman at grocery or wet market to save time.
mango sago't gulaman ingredientsThis recipe is for personal consumption only and if you’re planning on selling it, cook gulaman in 1 liter of water with 1/2 cup of sugar. And add 3 cups of water and sugar to the mixture. You can put whipped cream on top if you want to elevate your mango sago’t gulaman. You can use All-Purpose Cream if you don’t have frosty whip cream.
mango sagot gulaman 3Keep refrigerated and store mango sago’t gulaman in an airtight container, this will last for four days. Sago is like a sponge, it will absorb most of the milk and if that happens, add a cup of evaporated milk and stir. You can also pour leftovers in a popsicle molder and freeze until frozen this lasts longer. If you don’t have a popsicle molder, pour it in small plastic cups, sealed with foil and insert popsicle sticks in the center and freeze.
