Pouring the cream base mixture on the silicone mold to cover the flavored gelatin cubes.  Refrigerate until completely set and wait until you unmold the mixture of your gelatin to reveal your beautiful work of art dessert  “broken glass dessert” which is also known as “Window Cathedral Dessert”.

  1. Do I mix whipping cream & evap milk together in my kitchen aid & whip till stiff peaks or do I whip the cream then gradually add evap milk?

    • I used a hand whisk when I beat the cream and milk. You can whip the cream and add milk gradually if you want until you reach soft peaks. Then add the gelatin-egg mixture and mix thoroughly until it cools down completely before adding into your flavored gelatin.

    • Of course you can, that’s a great idea actually 🙂 . Reminder! make sure that your cream base is cool completely before adding into your flavored gelatin or else it will melt the gelatin cubes and mix with the base not good. Goodluck and sorry for the late reply guys!
