Banana Cue Recipe. Banana Cue is one of the best Filipino merienda. This 3 ingredient recipe is affordable and easy to make. A ripe bananas cooked in oil and glazed with caramelized brown sugar and thread with a bamboo skewer. Banana cue are often sold by street vendors in the streets and they are commonly located near the school campus. It’s an all-time snack favorite of Pinoy Students paired with cold soft drinks. A delicious and yet affordable snacks.
